抗肿瘤治疗相关的血管毒性

【摘要】：随着细胞毒性化疗药物、靶向药物的临床应用增多,肿瘤相关的死亡率逐年下降,而抗肿瘤治疗相关的血管毒性也随之而来,引起如高血压、肺动脉高压、典型及不典型胸痛、急性冠状动脉综合征等一系列问题。因此,本综述旨在对目前细胞毒性药物、分子靶向治疗药物血管毒性的相关研究加以归纳。
[Abstract]:With the increase of cytotoxic chemotherapeutic drugs, the clinical application of targeted drugs increases, tumor related mortality decreases year by year, and the vascular toxicity associated with antitumor therapy also follows, resulting in hypertension, pulmonary hypertension, typical and atypical chest pain. Acute coronary syndrome and a series of problems. Therefore, this review aims to summarize the current studies on vascular toxicity of cytotoxic drugs and molecular targeted drugs.
