局部高碳酸与高脂肪酸对HCC827移植瘤钙化和生长的影响
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of local high fatty acid and high carbonic acid on calcification and growth of transplanted lung adenocarcinoma in HCC827. Methods Forty nude mice with a diameter of 10 ~ 15 mm were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, oleic acid group, sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO_3) group and oleic acid NaHCO_3 group. 0.9%NaCl 0.2 ml, oleic acid 0.2 ml (595 mmol/L) 0.2 ml and oleic acid 0.1 ml NaHCO_3 (595 mmol/L) 0.1 ml were injected into the tumor respectively. The volume of tumor growth and calcium deposition in tumor tissue were observed. Results the changes of tumor volume were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software. The volume of tumor was expressed by mean 卤standard deviation. The analysis of variance was used to compare the tumor volume among groups and the LSD-t test was used to compare the tumor volume between two groups. Results the volume of transplanted tumor after injection was oleic acid group, oleic acid NaHCO_3 group and control group, the difference between groups was statistically significant (F5. 773, P < 0. 0020.01), and the difference of volume after injection was statistically significant (FG. 7. 242, P 0. 0010. 01). Because of the grouping error, the volume of each group was different before injection, but the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). The results of LSD-t test showed that compared with the control group, oleic acid group was treated with NaHCO _ 3 group. There were significant differences in volume and volume difference between oleic acid NaHCO_3 group and oleic acid NaHCO_3 group. There were significant differences in volume and volume difference between NaHCO_3 group and NaHCO_3 group (volume: P was 0.420 卤0.742and volume difference was 0.023 / 0.275, respectively), compared with NaHCO_3 group, the difference of volume and volume of oleic acid NaHCO_3 group was statistically significant. There were significant differences in volume and volume difference between oleic acid NaHCO_3 group and oleic acid NaHCO_3 group (volume: P = 0.631, volume difference: 0.212). The results of HE staining showed that oleic acid group and oleic acid NaHCO_3 group obviously had calcium deposition. See obvious calcium deposit. Conclusion Local hyperoleic acid can promote tumor calcium deposition, oleic acid can inhibit tumor growth, local high NaHCO_3 can inhibit tumor growth, but tumor volume will continue to increase after discontinuation of NaHCO_3, which may be related to NaHCO_3 changing the acidic environment of tumor. Oleic acid and NaHCO_3 have the tendency of synergistic inhibition of tumor growth.
