中医药对肺癌术后化疗干预作用的研究进展

【摘要】：肺癌是常见的恶性肿瘤,其中非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)占80%~85%,早中期患者首选治疗为手术,术后接受辅助化疗已成为共识。然而,手术创伤和化疗副反应可能导致患者不能完成化疗疗程,在辅助化疗阶段结合中医药治疗可弥补既往治疗不足,现就近年中医药对肺癌术后化疗期间预防复发转移、调节机体免疫力、缓解化疗毒副反应、改善生活质量等方面的研究进展作一概述。
[Abstract]:Lung cancer is a common malignant tumor, in which non-small cell lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC) accounts for 80%. The first choice of treatment for early and middle stage patients is surgery, postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy has become a consensus. However, surgical trauma and side effects of chemotherapy may result in patients unable to complete the course of chemotherapy. The combination of Chinese medicine and adjuvant chemotherapy can make up for the lack of previous treatment. In recent years, Chinese medicine has prevented recurrence and metastasis during postoperative chemotherapy of lung cancer. The research progress in regulating immunity, alleviating side effects of chemotherapy and improving quality of life are summarized.
