子宫颈癌直接经济负担系统综述

【摘要】：目的了解目前国内外子宫颈癌经济负担的研究现状及进展。方法检索CNKI、VIP、万方、Pub Med、EMBASE数据库,搜集1996-2016年之间的子宫颈癌直接经济负担相关文献并进行系统综述。结果共有31篇中英文文献纳入本次研究,来自14个国家。子宫颈癌患者的总直接经济负担为0.72~3 114.5百万元。例均直接医疗费用为2 993~274 018元,例均直接非医疗费用为1 269~7 166元。结论不同文献计算的子宫颈癌直接经济负担差异显著。研究角度、数据来源、费用计算方法、研究的时间跨度及地域等不同是造成这一差异的原因。直接医疗费用研究应用较广,直接非医疗费用研究较少。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the research status and progress of the economic burden of cervical cancer at home and abroad. Methods CNKI,VIP, Wanfang and Pub Med,EMBASE databases were searched and the related literatures on direct economic burden of cervical cancer from 1996 to 2016 were collected and reviewed systematically. Results A total of 31 Chinese and English literature were included in this study, from 14 countries. The total direct economic burden of cervical cancer patients was $0.72 million. The direct medical expenses of all cases were 2993 ~ 274,018 yuan, and the direct non-medical expenses of all cases were 1 269 ~ 7,166 yuan. Conclusion the direct economic burden of cervical cancer calculated by different literatures is significantly different. The research angle, the data source, the cost calculation method, the time span and the region are the reasons for the difference. Direct medical expenses are widely used, and direct non-medical expenses are less.
