乳腺托架的应用对肺受照射体积影响的研究

【摘要】:目的本研究探讨对于乳腺癌根治术后需行放疗患者,放疗过程中乳腺托架的使用对肺受照射体积的影响。方法按照乳腺癌术后辅助放疗的指征进行布野,应用大孔径模拟CT定位机扫描同一患者处于不同乳腺托架角度(0°、15°)下,进行CT影像数据采集,计算出不同角度下锁骨上野6MV-X射线所穿射的肺脏体积的变化。结果体位15°时肺尖受照体积显著大于体位0°时肺尖受照体积,两者存在明显统计学差异(P0.05)。结论合适的乳腺托架角度,可有效减少肺尖受X射线照射体积。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of breast bracket on lung irradiation volume in patients undergoing radiotherapy after radical mastectomy. Methods according to the indication of postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy for breast cancer, a large aperture simulated CT locator was used to scan the same patient at different breast bracket angles (0 掳, 15 掳) to collect the data of CT image. The changes of lung volume through 6MV-X ray of supraclavicular field at different angles were calculated. Results the exposure volume of lung tip at 15 掳position was significantly larger than that at 0 掳position, and there was a significant difference between them (P0.05). Conclusion the proper angle of breast bracket can effectively reduce the volume of X-ray exposure to lung tip.
