血清miR-143和miR-145在胰腺癌中的表达水平和临床意义
[Abstract]:Purpose 1. By detecting the expression of miR-143,miR-145 in serum of patients with pancreatic cancer, we compared the expression of miR-143,miR-145 in serum of patients with pancreatic cancer and healthy volunteers. To analyze the correlation between the expression of serum miR- 143, miR, 145 and clinical parameters in patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods the serum samples of 30 patients with pancreatic cancer and 30 healthy volunteers were collected. The expression of miR-143,miR-145 in the serum of pancreatic cancer patients and healthy volunteers was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR). According to the clinical parameters of pancreatic cancer patients (age, sex, tumor location, tumor size, TMN stage), the collected samples were divided into groups and analyzed statistically with SPSS19.0, and the clinical data were collected according to the clinical case parameters (age, sex, tumor location, tumor size, and tumor stage). Objective: to investigate the correlation between the expression of miR-143,mi-R-145 in serum of pancreatic cancer and its clinical parameters. Results the expression levels of miR- 143 and miRc 145 in serum of pancreatic cancer patients were significantly lower than those of healthy volunteers (P0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between miR-143,miR-145 in serum of patients (P0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that serum miR-143 was a protective factor of pancreatic cancer (P = 0.036, OR = 0.269). There was no significant difference in serum miR-143,miR-145 expression in patients with pancreatic cancer in age, sex, average tumor diameter, tumor location and tumor TMN stage (P0.05). Conclusion 1. The expression of miR-143 and miR- 145 in serum of pancreatic cancer patients was significantly lower than that of healthy volunteers. Serum miR-143 was significantly correlated with miR- 145, and serum miR-143 was the protective factor of pancreatic cancer. There was no correlation between the expression of serum miR- 143 and miR 伪 145 and the tumor markers CA199 and clinical prognosis of pancreatic cancer.
