肿瘤的寡转移与其治疗进展

【摘要】：20世纪90年代中期,寡转移的概念首次被提出,它是恶性肿瘤转移过程中存在的一种中间状态,是肿瘤生物侵袭性较温和的时期,介于局限性原发灶与广泛性转移之间的过渡阶段,其转移灶的数目有限并且具有转移器官的特异性。寡转移的治疗方法包括放射治疗、手术、射频消融等局部治疗;同时也可考虑是否需要联合全身治疗。正确认识肿瘤寡转移及其治疗将改变传统治疗恶性肿瘤的思维观念,也可为部分晚期肿瘤患者带来治愈的可能。
[Abstract]:In the mid-1990s, the concept of oligometastasis was put forward for the first time. It is an intermediate state in the process of malignant tumor metastasis. It is a mild period of tumor bioinvasiveness. It is a transitional stage between localized primary focus and extensive metastasis. The number of metastases is limited and has the specificity of metastasis organs. The treatment of oligometastasis includes radiotherapy, surgery, radiofrequency ablation and other local treatments, and the need for combined systemic therapy can also be considered. A correct understanding of tumor oligometastasis and its treatment will change the traditional thinking concept of the treatment of malignant tumors, and can also bring the possibility of cure for some patients with advanced tumors.
