嵌合抗原受体修饰T细胞在肿瘤免疫治疗中的策略

【摘要】:正手术、化疗和放疗是治疗肿瘤的传统方法,但大部分情况下患者都不能获得理想的疗效。近年来,嵌合抗原受体修饰T细胞通过基因工程,赋予T细胞肿瘤靶向性、更强的杀伤活性和持久的生命力,并取得较好的临床疗效。然而,脱靶效应、细胞因子风暴等毒性效应却极大地限制了CAR-T细胞技术的应用。本文就提高CAR-T细胞在治疗恶性肿瘤临床疗效方面进行如下综述。1 CAR-T细胞的基本结构和发展历程
[Abstract]:Orthopedic surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy are traditional methods for the treatment of tumors, but in most cases patients can not achieve ideal results. In recent years, chimeric antigen receptor modified T cells have been genetically modified to give T cells tumor targeting, stronger killing activity and lasting vitality, and achieved good clinical efficacy. However, the off-target effect, cytokine storm and other toxic effects greatly limit the application of CAR-T cell technology. In this paper, the clinical efficacy of improving CAR-T cells in the treatment of malignant tumors is reviewed as follows. 1 the basic structure and development of CAR-T cells
