肿瘤细胞发生有丝分裂灾难分子机制的研究进展

【摘要】：有丝分裂灾难是一种新的细胞死亡形式,是有丝分裂过程失调而发生的细胞死亡现象,是一个真正意义上的内源性肿瘤抑制机制。然而,尽管有丝分裂灾难在预防和治疗肿瘤中具有重要意义,但其发生的分子机制尚未清晰阐明。本文探讨肿瘤细胞发生有丝分裂灾难机制最新的研究进展,为肿瘤细胞发生有丝分裂灾难机制的进一步研究提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Mitotic disaster is a new form of cell death, which is a phenomenon of cell death caused by the disorder of mitosis process, and it is a real mechanism of endogenous tumor inhibition. However, although mitotic disaster is of great significance in the prevention and treatment of tumors, the molecular mechanism of mitosis has not been clearly clarified. In this paper, the latest research progress on the mechanism of mitosis disaster in tumor cells is discussed, which provides a reference for the further study of the mechanism of mitosis disaster in tumor cells.
