医易会通之阴阳理论研究

【摘要】：本论文立足于阴阳理念,以象数学说为切入点,力图探讨中国易学史及医学史上医易会通的根源、层次、特色和运用等方面的内容。全文共分三个部分:第一部分,为医易阴阳总论,论述古代阴阳理念的形成、医易阴阳论之关系,以及本文以象数学说为切入点的立论缘由。第二部分,详细考察医易会通学术领域中的阴阳理论问题。首先,探讨阴阳理念之象数起源,认为易学阴阳之数源于筮法,观物取象是卦爻符号体系解释法的体现;中医学阴阳之象数与易学阴阳之象数在源头上相通,在思维上是同构的。其次,论述医易阴阳理论的基本象数结构,认为太极、两仪、四象、八卦属于“一分为二”的象数结构,三才、五行、十干、十二支属于“阴阳定性”的象数结构。复次,论述医易阴阳理论的后天象数体系,认为此体系是以阴阳作为最基本的构成元素,以天人一理的理念,从时间和空间不断循环运转的角度,建构万物生化行藏的动态模式,是阴阳变动思想的运用机制。又次,论述医易阴阳理论的先天象数体系,认为此体系是以相对相成的阴阳二分法模拟出宇宙的生成及本体情态,是探索宇宙和生命基原的象数组构,而其间的“太极命门说”则是先天象数与中医学理密相融合之典例。最后,论述医易阴阳理论的总体象数特色,认为阴阳符号(或概念)使象和数具有象征化、摹拟化的本质特性,并促成了依类推衍的理性与感性同轨的系统论思维趋向,为包括医易会通理论在内的中国传统哲学统绪的形成与发展发挥了无与伦比的巨大作用。第三部分,以卦气说和五运六气说为例,论述医易会通特定的学术领域中,阴阳理论的诸方面运用。先论卦气说,认为卦气学说以四正卦为中心,以阴阳的消长描绘气候的节律变化,归纳气候变化影响社会现象、人体健康的规律,体现了先哲以阴阳原理解释世界万事万物的努力,正是后天象数体系在医易融通学术领域中的妙用。次论五运六气说,认为五运六气学说以阴阳消长展示岁时物候变化,站在天地人三才合一的角度,以干支为变化之枢机,以五行为万物之营用,交融协合,形成有序的从多方位、多角度考察天时节候影响人体健康状态的医学辨证思想,正是后天象数体系在医易融通学术领域中的奇用。
[Abstract]:Based on the idea of yin and yang and taking the theory of Xiang mathematics as the starting point, this paper tries to probe into the root causes and levels of the communication between Yi and Yi in the history of Chinese Yi and medical science. The paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the general theory of Yin and Yang, which discusses the formation of the concept of yin and yang in ancient times and the relationship between the theory of yin and yang in the treatment of Yi Yi. In the second part, the author studies the theory of Yin and Yang in the academic field of Yi-Yi Hui-tong in detail. First, it discusses the origin of the concept of Yin and Yang. It is believed that the number of yin and yang in Yi study originated from divination, and the interpretation of the system of symbols of the divinity and line was represented by the view of things. The number of yin and yang images in traditional Chinese medicine is connected with the number of yin and yang images in the source and is isomorphic in thinking. Secondly, the basic image number structure of the theory of yin and yang in medical treatment is discussed, and it is considered that Taiji, two instruments and four images. Gossip belongs to the image number structure of "one division into two", three talents, five elements, ten stems, and 12 image number structures belonging to "Yin and Yang qualitative". The paper discusses the acquired image number system of the theory of "treating Yi Yin and Yang". It is considered that this system is based on the concept of "Yin and Yang" as the most basic component element and the concept of "one principle of Heaven and Man", and constructs the dynamic mode of biochemistry and storage of all things from the angle of continuous circulation of time and space. It is the application mechanism of the thought of changing yin and yang. Then, this paper discusses the innate image number system of the theory of treating Yi yin and yang, and thinks that this system simulates the creation of the universe and the ontological modality by the method of relative complementary yin and yang dichotomy. It is a typical example of exploring the image number fabric of the universe and the original of life, and the "Taiji life-gate theory" is a typical example of the fusion of the congenital image number and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Finally, the paper discusses the general characteristics of the theory of "Yin and Yang" in medical treatment. It is believed that the symbol (or concept) of yin and yang makes the image and number have the essential characteristic of symbolization and imitation, and promotes the systematic thinking trend of rationality and sensibility which are derived according to category. It plays an unparalleled role in the formation and development of traditional Chinese philosophy including the theory of Yi Yi Huitong. The third part takes the theory of hexagram gas and the theory of five ways and six qi as examples. This paper discusses the application of yin-yang theory in the specific academic field of Yi-Yi Huitong. First, it discusses the theory of hexagram gas, and thinks that the theory of hexagram Qi takes the four positive divinations as the center, and describes the rhythm of the climate with the growth and decline of Yin and Yang. Induces the climate change to affect the social phenomenon, the human body health rule, has manifested the Xian-Zhe to explain the world everything with the Yin and Yang principle diligently. It is the acquired image number system in the academic field of medical ease of use. On the theory of "five Yun-Liu Qi", it is believed that the theory of "five Yun" and "six Qi" shows the phenological changes of age with the rise and fall of Yin and Yang, and stands at the angle of "heaven and earth" and "three talents in one." Taking the dry branch as the cardinal to change, and using the five behaviors of all things to blend and cooperate, the medical dialectical thought of the influence of weather and weather on the health of the human body is formed from various aspects and angles in an orderly manner. It is the system of acquired image numbers that is used in the field of medical accommodation.
