【摘要】：私有财产的概念是马克思思想中的核心概念之一,以往的研究者主要侧重于对私有财产的否定、异化劳动与私有财产的关系以及共产主义与私有财产的扬弃。从这几个方面理解私有财产并没有什么不妥,因为马克思在《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中也是这样去探讨的。但是我们不应该只看到《手稿》中的马克思关于私有财产的理论,还应将私有财产放入到马克思的全部思想范畴中去进行深入研究。本文主要从马克思如何通过对私有财产的批判来阐释人的解放以及自由发展的思想,他对私有财产的批判实际上也是对人的关系的批判,是对人的生存发展状态的认识以及对人生存的未来前景的批判。马克思对私有财产的批判实际上是对私有制的批判。通过对私有制的批判,是对个人所有权意义上的私有财产的肯定,是对独立个人的肯定,是通过对私有财产的批判去实现人的自由个性、人的独立性以及实现人的本质复归。人的独立性阶段是马克思人的发展三形态中的第二个阶段,现在的我们正处于这一阶段,所以马克思对私有财产的批判对于市场经济下的我们仍然具有一定的意义和价值。本文主要包括三个部分。第一部分主要论述私有财产从产生之日起并不是一个反对人的概念,最开始他作为人的正当的拥有财产的权利,但是随着生产力与生产关系的发展,尤其是在资本主义的发展之下私有财产逐渐被一部分人掌握并剥夺了另一部分人的财产,私有财产才成为统治人的工具。第二部分主要论述马克思分别从私有财产与社会的矛盾、与人的本质的关系以及共产主义发展的层面对私有财产进行了批判。第三个部分主要论述了在市场经济条件下,马克思对私有财产的批判在社会物质变换、全面的关系、多方面的需要以及全面的能力体系等方面对于人的发展仍然具有价值和意义。
[Abstract]:The concept of private property is one of the core concepts in Marx's thought. Previous researchers mainly focused on the negation of private property. There is nothing wrong with the relationship between alienated labor and private property and the sublation of communism and private property. Because this is what Marx did in the manuscripts of Economics and philosophy in 1844, but we should not just look at Marx's theory of private property in the manuscript. Private property should also be put into the full scope of Marx's thoughts to conduct in-depth research. This article mainly from Marx through the criticism of private property to explain the emancipation and free development of human thought. His criticism of private property is in fact a critique of human relations. Marx's critique of private property is in fact a critique of private ownership. It is the affirmation of the private property in the sense of individual ownership, the affirmation of the independent individual, and the realization of the individual's free personality through the criticism of the private property. The stage of human independence is the second of the three forms of Marx's human development, and we are now in this stage. So Marx's critique of private property still has certain significance and value for us under the market economy. This article mainly includes three parts. The first part mainly discusses that private property is not a. Against the concept of human beings. At first he had the legitimate right to own property as a human being, but with the development of productive forces and relations of production. In particular, under the development of capitalism, private property was gradually held by some people and deprived of the property of others. The second part mainly discusses Marx's contradiction between private property and society. The third part mainly discusses Marx's criticism of private property in the condition of market economy. Comprehensive relationship, various needs and comprehensive ability system still have value and significance for human development.
