【摘要】：在意识形态领域,西方敌对势力从未停止过对中国实施"西化"和"分化"的和平演变战略。在经济全球化背景下,"西化"和"分化"的渠道多样,表现为经济制裁、政治诱压、文化殖民、非军事化打击等;"西化"和"分化"的方法不一,有利用"自由""民主""人权"旗号干预他国内政,炒作热点问题并将一般问题政治化,以"反思"为名,利用各种手段煽动群众,扶持意见领袖培植自己的代言人,强强勾结、相互借助,对民族宗教问题借机炒作等;"西化"和"分化"具有方式的隐蔽性和欺骗性、目标和对象的广泛性、渠道的多样性、手段的先进性和高科技性等特点。因此,剖析"西化""分化"的渠道、方法、特点及其后果,并找出其应对之策,是意识形态建设的关键所在。
[Abstract]:In the ideological field, the hostile forces of the West have never stopped implementing the peaceful evolution strategy of "westernization" and "differentiation" against China. Under the background of economic globalization, the channels of "westernization" and "differentiation" are various. Economic sanctions, political pressure, cultural colonization, demilitarization, and so on; The methods of "westernization" and "differentiation" are different. They use the banner of "freedom," "democracy," and "human rights" to interfere in the internal affairs of other countries, speculate on hot issues and politicize general issues in the name of "reflection." Using various means to incite the masses, support opinion leaders to cultivate their own spokesmen, strong collusion, mutual assistance, to ethnic and religious problems on the occasion of speculation; "Westernization" and "differentiation" are characterized by the concealment and deceptiveness of the way, the universality of the target and the object, the diversity of channels, the advanced nature of the means and the high technology. It is the key of ideology construction to analyze the channels, methods, characteristics and consequences of "westernization" and "differentiation" and find out the countermeasures.
