【摘要】:出于让体道修道者充分认识道家宇宙观、人生观、价值观、实践论并践行道性人生的根本目的,庄子提出了“心斋”“坐忘”“丧我”“用心若镜”等虚静认知方法。“心斋”诉诸感知,“坐忘”诉诸意志,“丧我”诉诸理解,“用心若镜”诉诸虚静,它们分别以不同的心理机能来改变世俗之人的认知方式,抑制“四六”等世俗化贪欲奢情对认知主体心性的干扰,洗心革性,重建道学的虚静认知心理,即建构道镜、道心。以道镜、道心去认识宇宙人生万象,才能真正客观公正地认识自然天道玄德的本性,在“人法道”“道法自然”的逻辑演进中,真正理解并践行物我齐一、天人相和、无为而无不为的道性人生。
[Abstract]:In order to let the practitioners fully understand the Taoist view of the universe, outlook on life, values, practice and practice of the fundamental purpose of life, Chuang Tzu puts forward some methods of virtual cognition, such as "Xin Zhai", "sitting and forgetting", "mourning me", "heart like mirror", etc. "Xin Zhai" appeals to perception, "sitting forget" appeals to will, "mourning me" appeals to understanding, "heart if mirror" appeals to virtual silence. They have different psychological functions to change the cognitive style of secular people, suppress the interference of secular greed and extravagance on the heart of the cognitive subject, wash the heart, and reconstruct the vacuity cognitive psychology of Taoism, that is, to construct the Taoist mirror. Taoism. Only when we understand the universe and all the phenomena of life through the Tao mirror, can we truly objectively and fairly understand the nature of nature, and in the logical evolution of the "man's law" and "the Tao of nature", we truly understand and practice the unity of things, the harmony of heaven and man, and the harmony of nature and human beings, in the logical evolution of "man's law" and "Tao's law of nature". A Taoist life without doing anything but without doing it.
