“道礼宪而一制度”——荀子礼论与客观化的一种理解

【摘要】:许多学者认为,相对于孟子主仁义内在的理论而言,荀子隆礼义、一制度的主张明显地表现出将儒家的仁义理想给予客观化之努力的倾向,代表着一种客观精神之寻求。不过,劳思光持论不同,认为此一看法在严格意义上并不成立。通过对劳思光先生相关观念的梳理,可以进一步检讨荀子的礼论与客观化的关系问题。理论上,毕竟如何了解荀子之礼论与客观化之间的关系,至少尚存进一步讨论的空间。若就着现代意义的“政道”而言客观化,则荀子之措思用力多在“治道”一边;若就着一理想之观念求其客观之落实,并进而化之于社会的现实组织、政治制度之中而言,荀子之礼论确具有自觉寻求客观化的努力。
[Abstract]:Many scholars believe that, in contrast to Mencius' inherent theory of benevolence and righteousness, Xunzi's idea of a system clearly shows the tendency of objectifying the Confucian ideal of benevolence and righteousness, and represents the pursuit of an objective spirit. The author thinks that this view is not true in the strict sense. By combing the related ideas of Mr. Laussuguang, we can further review the relationship between Xunzi's theory of propriety and objectification. After all, how to understand the relationship between Xunzi's propriety theory and objectification, at least there is room for further discussion. In the political system, Xunzi's theory of propriety has a conscious effort to seek objectivity if it is carried out objectively on the basis of an ideal concept and is further translated into the social realistic organization.
