道家“自治”话语论

【摘要】：道家的"自治"话语指向一种柔性的自发秩序和社会治理之道,它是破解道家"无为而无不为"的关键之处;"自治"话语是道家文献中固有的视角,它体现了道家的社会治理理念,在一定意义上是对近代以来两种道家研究思想的融合或突破;其行文语言表现为隐逸或休养生息;其深层的根据在"道法自然"与"玄德"。总体来看,从"自治"话语重新解释道家的政治思想,具有重要的学术意义。
[Abstract]:The discourse of "autonomy" of Taoism points to a kind of flexible spontaneous order and the way of social governance, which is the key to deciphering the Taoist "doing nothing" and "autonomy" discourse is an inherent angle of view in Taoist literature.It embodies the concept of social governance of Taoism, in a sense, it is the fusion or breakthrough of the two kinds of Taoist research thoughts since modern times; the language of its writing is recluse or recuperation, and its deep foundation lies in "Taoist nature" and "metaphysical virtue".Generally speaking, it is of great academic significance to reinterpret Taoist political thoughts from the discourse of autonomy.
