福斯特对环境经济学的批判研究

【摘要】：自环境问题日益引起人们的重视以来,西方生态马克思主义学者从社会各角度给出不同的解答,福斯特对生态问题的解答是最为明晰而全面的,他指出,生态危机根源在于资本生产方式与自然资源之间的对立,资本主义无限扩张的生产方式造成资源的极度紧张,环境问题的解决必然要变革现存的资本主义制度。他既反对通过使用科学技术提高能源效率,促进新经济增长的途径来克服生态危机,也指责环境经济学家赋予自然经济价值企图通过市场体系来应对生态问题的做法。 福斯特认为,环境经济学不仅简化了人与自然之间的关系,忽视了环境的内在价值,而且在具体定价机制以及最终目的上都存在问题,不能依赖它来解决生态问题。本文认为福斯特基于伦理层面对环境经济学的批判存在一些问题,尽管不能完全依靠环境经济学来解决生态问题,但它的一些基本原则以及它所提供的一些解决问题的方法获得了广泛的认可。国内大多生态马克思主义学者赞赏福斯特的看法,而对其中存在的困难缺乏深入检查。本文仔细考察了福斯特对环境经济学的批判理论,相信此种分析不仅可以更深入反思生态问题本身,也可更清楚地了解福斯特以及其他生态马克思主义者所面临的理论困境。
[Abstract]:Since the environmental issue has attracted more and more attention, Western ecological Marxism scholars have given different answers from various angles of society, and Foster's answer to the ecological problem is the most clear and comprehensive, he pointed out. The origin of ecological crisis lies in the antagonism between capital production mode and natural resources. The infinite expansion of capitalism mode of production causes the extreme strain of resources. The solution of environmental problems must change the existing capitalist system. He opposed the use of science and technology to improve energy efficiency and promote the growth of the new economy to overcome the ecological crisis, but also accused environmental economists of giving natural economic value to try to deal with ecological problems through the market system. Foster believes that environmental economics not only simplifies the relationship between man and nature, neglects the intrinsic value of the environment, but also has problems in the specific pricing mechanism and ultimate purpose, and cannot be relied on to solve ecological problems. This paper argues that there are some problems in Foster's criticism of environmental economics on the basis of ethics, although he cannot completely rely on environmental economics to solve ecological problems. But some of its basic principles and some of the solutions it provides are widely accepted. Most domestic ecological Marxist scholars appreciate Foster's views, but lack a thorough examination of their difficulties. This paper makes a careful study of Foster's critical theory of environmental economics and believes that this kind of analysis can not only reflect on the ecological problem itself but also clearly understand the theoretical dilemma faced by Foster and other ecological Marxists.
