《司马法》与齐国思想学术的关系考论

【摘要】：春秋战国之际,齐国在稷下学者的引领下发起了一场深刻的思想学术变革。《司马法》正是这场变革的代表性成果。对于《司马法》,不仅应该看到,其作为一部兵书,既确立了田氏集团在齐兵学系统中的正统地位,也建立起适应战国时代战争形势的强兵理论。同时还应看到,这部兵书也是对齐国思想学术的传承和推进,映射了齐国的价值信仰、文化基因和时代思潮。从价值信仰方面看,该书在适应客观现实需要的同时,总体上秉承了宗周礼乐精神。从文化基因上看,其深受姜齐文化传统影响,人本主义倾向与功利实用主义特质十分鲜明。从时代思潮角度看,该书诠释了黄老"稷下主旋律"在兵学领域的渗透和延伸。
[Abstract]:During the Spring and Autumn period and the warring States period, Qi initiated a profound ideological and academic reform under the guidance of the scholars of Jixia. Sima Fat is the representative achievement of this reform. As for Sima Fa, it should not only be seen that as a military book, it not only established the orthodox position of Tian's Group in the Qi military system, but also established the theory of strong soldiers adapted to the war situation during the warring States period. At the same time, we should also see that this military book is also the inheritance and promotion of the thought and academic of Qi, which reflects the value belief, cultural genes and the trend of thought of the times. From the point of view of value belief, the book meets the needs of objective reality and, on the whole, inherits the spirit of Zongzhou rites and music. From the perspective of cultural genes, it is deeply influenced by Jiang Qi's cultural tradition, and its humanistic tendency and utilitarian pragmatism are very distinct. From the perspective of the trend of thought, the book interprets the penetration and extension of Huang Lao's "Ji Xia's main melody" in the field of military science.
