哈贝马斯公共领域思想及其对中国的意义

【摘要】：公共领域思想是西方现代哲学中的一项重要思想,在哈贝马斯一生的学术探索中也属于重要的一环。根据我国的研究者对哈贝马斯的这一重要思想研究情况来看,学者们的研究都着重在哈贝马斯早期的《公共领域的结构转型》这本书里,实际上在其他著作里,哈贝马斯也有精彩的公共领域思想研究。我国学术界目前的这些研究成果还是太薄弱,没有成系统性。而且,他们的研究没有结合我国实际情况来分析我国近代社会公共领域的表现形式以及没有涉及公共领域思想对我国目前改革事业的实际借鉴意义。本文将从这几点入手来探析公共领域思想,其中将公共领域思想分成了两个阶段,即公共领域思想的早期阶段和存在于道德领域中的公共领域思想。根据《公共领域的结构转型》这本书,早期阶段的公共领域思想探讨了“资产阶级公共领域”,在这一阶段我们也发现公共领域遭遇了阻力,书里提到了在社会的国家化和国家的社会化的进程中,资产阶级公共领域又走向封建化的境况,同样也带来了社会中私人的意志怎样成为社会全体意志的问题。面对普遍主义的问题,哈贝马斯提出交往行动理论以做出回应,可以说这一理论的提出既批判了工具理性思想又奠定了公共领域思想的基础。其后,哈贝马斯又提出“商谈理论”结束了公共领域思想缺乏一个理性标准的局面。商谈原则为交往行为的双方确立了一系列准则,这进一步保障了交往行为的顺利进行,为公共性做出贡献。本文最后会讨论公共领域思想对中国社会的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The thought of public domain is an important thought in western modern philosophy, and it is also an important link in Habermas' lifetime academic exploration. According to the study of Habermas's important thought by Chinese researchers, the research of scholars is focused on the structural transformation of the public domain in Habermas's early period, and in fact in other works. Habermas also has a wonderful public field of thought research. The current research results of Chinese academic circles are still too weak and not systematic. Moreover, their research has not combined with the actual situation of our country to analyze the manifestation of the public sphere of modern society in our country and the practical significance of not involving the thought of the public sphere to the reform cause of our country at present. This article will analyze the public domain thought from these several points, which divides the public domain thought into two stages, that is, the early stage of the public domain thought and the public domain thought existing in the moral field. According to the book "the structural Transformation of the Public sphere", the early stage of the thought of the public sphere explores the "bourgeois public sphere", and at this stage we also find that the public sphere has encountered resistance. It is mentioned in the book that in the course of the nationalization of society and the socialization of the country, the bourgeois public sphere has moved towards feudalization, which also brings about the question of how the private will of the society becomes the will of the whole society. Faced with the problem of universalism Habermas put forward the theory of communicative action to make a response. It can be said that this theory not only criticizes the idea of instrumental rationality but also lays the foundation of the thought of public domain. After that, Habermas put forward the theory of negotiation and put an end to the lack of a rational standard of public domain thought. The principle of negotiation establishes a series of rules for both sides of communicative behavior, which further ensures the smooth progress of communicative behavior and contributes to the publicity. Finally, this paper will discuss the practical significance of public domain thought to Chinese society.
