“帝道”理念的兴起及其思想特征

【摘要】:战国中后期王道与霸道代表了当时既有的两种政治理念,而帝道理念的兴起,则是和黄老道家试图超越王霸之辨的考虑有关。他们在老子思想的基础上,兼采王霸之道的相关主张,尝试建构一种新理念以顺应日趋统一的社会形势。关于帝道的合理性,黄老道家主要是从天道自然的层面进行论说,不同于儒家将王道的基础诉诸仁心,也不同于法家霸道基于功利实用的考虑。在治国方略上,王道观念重贤能轻法制,霸道学说崇法制抑贤能,而帝道理念则是主张贤能与法制二者并重、两相结合,希望通过法制立国与贤能治国这两个维度,共同保障帝道无为的实现。这种兼采王霸之所长的思路在后世政治中有一定的体现,"霸王道杂之"的治理模式与这一理念不乏暗合之处。
[Abstract]:In the middle and late warring States period, kingly Tao and hegemonism represented two existing political ideas at that time, and the rise of the idea of imperial Taoism was related to the consideration of Huang-Lao Taoists trying to transcend the distinction between king and bully. On the basis of Laozi's thought, they tried to construct a new idea to adapt to the increasingly unified social situation. On the rationality of imperial Taoism, Huang-Lao Taoist mainly from the natural level of heaven, different from Confucianism to resort to benevolence, but also different from the patriarchal hegemony based on utilitarian and practical considerations. In the general strategy of governing the country, the concept of kingly Tao emphasizes the power of virtue over the rule of law, while the doctrine of hegemonism upholds the rule of law and suppresses virtuous ability, while the idea of emperor Tao advocates both virtuous ability and legal system, combining the two, hoping to build a country through the rule of law and to govern the country by virtue of the rule of law. Jointly guarantee the realization of the inaction of Emperor Tao. This kind of thinking of taking advantage of king and bully is reflected in the politics of later generations, and the governance mode of "tyrannical tyranny" coexists with this idea.
