告父与虔敬:游叙弗伦的德性之路

【摘要】：游叙弗伦告父本身是一个法律诉讼行为,而他却将这一诉讼的最终依据定格在虔敬这个宗教性概念上。但由于他未能给虔敬做出完善的定义,所以他试图以神圣层面的虔敬作为依据并不能够使我们信服。但是通过定义分析,我们可以发现他所谓的虔敬其实可以被还原为律法和德性两个层面上的含义。
[Abstract]:Flynn told Father himself to be a legal action, but he fixed the final basis of the lawsuit on the religious concept of piety. But because he failed to give a perfect definition of piety, he tried to convince us on the basis of divine piety. But through the definition analysis, we can find that his so-called piety can actually be reduced to the meaning of the law and virtue.
