中国高校教师职称评聘制度历史沿革

【摘要】：教师职称一直是高校教师最为关注的问题,同时也是人事制度改革的核心。中国高校教师职称评聘制度伴随着我国高等教育事业的发展,走过了50多年的历程。本文通过对历史的研究,把这一过程划分为“两个时期六个阶段”,并对每一时期和阶段的历史史实和特点进行了阐述和分析。
[Abstract]:The title of teacher has always been the most concerned problem of college teachers, and also the core of personnel system reform. With the development of higher education in China, the system of evaluating and appointing teachers' titles has gone through more than 50 years. Through the study of history, this paper divides this process into "two periods and six stages", and expounds and analyzes the historical facts and characteristics of each period and stage.
