【摘要】：正四川省昌宁县是一个山区农业县,全县14个乡镇、123个村,97.1%是山区,总人口中94%的是农民。各级党玫领导认识到:没有农民的小康就没有全县人民的小康。多年来十分重视农村党员、干部和群众科学文化素质的提高,坚持科技与生产的结合,在各项产业中不断加大科技的含量和人才的培养。充分发挥县科协、县直各学(协)会、县科委和有关职能部门的作用,以乡镇党校为阵地,农技校为依托,围绕全县骨干产业,开展各种实用技术的培训,组织农村党员、干部、科技示范户、农科员、各种技术辅导员
