地奥心血康对冠心病心绞痛患者运动平板试验的影响

【摘要】：目的:观察地奥心血康胶囊对冠心病心绞痛患者运动平板试验参数的影响及治疗效果。方法:对照组50例,硝酸酯类药物及溶栓、降脂、降压、降糖等治疗;观察组56例,在对照组的基础上口服地奥心血康胶囊,疗程28 d,疗后对两组患者心绞痛症状、运动平板试验参数进行分析。结果:观察组总有效49例次(87.5%),对照组总有效36例次(72.0%),差异有统计学意义;疗后观察组运动平板试验阳性7例(12.5%),低于对照组运动平板试验阳性例数14例(28.0%),差异有统计学意义;治疗后观察组的运动时间、运动量、代谢当量,改善缺血性心电图ST-T段变化均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:地奥心血康胶囊可明显改善冠心病心绞痛患者心肌缺血状态。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect of Diaoxinxuekang capsule and treatment effects on exercise in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease the effect of treadmill test parameters. Methods: 50 cases of control group, nitrates and thrombolysis, lipid-lowering, antihypertensive and antidiabetic therapy; 56 cases in the observation group in the control group on the basis of oral Diaoxinxuekang capsule treatment for 28 d, the parameters of the two groups after treatment in patients with symptoms of angina, treadmill exercise test analysis. Results: the observation group total effective 49 cases (87.5%), the control group total effective 36 cases (72%), the difference was statistically significant; the observation group treadmill exercise test was positive in 7 cases after treatment (12.5%), lower than the control group the number of positive cases of treadmill exercise test in 14 cases (28%), the difference was statistically significant; equivalent the movement time of the observation group, the amount of exercise and metabolism after treatment, improving ischemic ECG ST-T segment changes were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Diaoxinxuekang capsule can obviously improve the state of myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
