【摘要】：介绍周德安教授应用针刺配合中药治疗感音神经性耳聋的临床经验。周德安重视脏腑及经络辨证,主张针药并用。针刺治疗方面急性期肝胆火旺者,治以清泻肝胆、通利耳窍,创立针刺穴组为通耳方;慢性期属肝肾不足者,治以补益肝肾、镇静安神,创立取穴组为聪耳方。中药内服方面急性期治疗以疏肝活血为主,慢性期治疗以健脾补肾为主。认为临床中不同时期均可能存在虚实的变化,要根据患者具体的舌脉进行辨证,掌握不同时期患者虚实之间的变化及时调整治疗方案以获得更好的治疗效果。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces Professor Zhou Dean's clinical experience in the treatment of sensorineural deafness with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Zhou Dean attaches importance to the differentiation of zang-fu organs and meridians and advocates the combination of acupuncture and medicine. In order to clear away the liver and gall bladder, open the ear orifices, and create the acupuncture point group as the Tonger prescription; Chronic stage of deficiency of liver and kidney, treatment to tonify liver and kidney, calm and calm the spirit, the establishment of acupoint group for consonant ear prescription. Chinese medicine in the acute phase of treatment to soothe the liver and blood circulation. Chronic treatment is mainly to invigorate spleen and tonify the kidney. It is believed that there may be changes of deficiency and reality in different clinical periods, which should be differentiated according to the specific tongue pulse of the patient. To master the changes between deficiency and reality in different period and adjust the treatment plan in time in order to obtain better therapeutic effect.
