香天麻汤治疗高血压合并糖耐量减低中医临床研究

【摘要】：目的:研究中药汤剂香天麻汤验方治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压合并糖耐量减低,观察控制血压及血糖的疗效,以体现中医“治未病”的目的,并对所有患者均进行生活方式教育。方法:符合标准的61例阴虚阳亢型高血压合糖耐量减低患者按随机数字法分为治疗组和对照组,对照组常规口服缬沙坦控制血压,对血压控制不理想者加服氨氯地平片,治疗组在对照组治疗方案基础上加“香天麻汤”。记录2组患者治疗前后全天平均血压,餐后2h血糖,及血糖转归情况。结果:治疗组全天平均血压收缩压、餐后2h血糖水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,血糖转归:治疗组血糖转归正常21例(67%)远高于对照组(33%),进展为2型糖尿病2例(6%)低于对照组5例(16%),差异具有统计学意义。治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组证状改善更加明显,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)结论:香天麻汤在对阴虚阳亢型高血压能有效稳定收缩压的同时,还能明显改善患者眩晕头痛、潮热盗汗、五心烦热、口干口渴、腰膝酸软等症状,能阻止糖耐量减低属此中医证型患者过早进展为糖尿病的发生,值得临床推广应用。

The treatment group compared with control group, the treatment group symptoms improved more obviously, the difference was statistically significant compared with control group (P0.05) conclusion: Tianma Decoction on Yin deficiency in incense yang hyperactivity type hypertension can effectively stabilize blood pressure at the same time, can significantly improve patients with vertigo and headache, hot flashes sweating, five upset hot, dry mouth, thirst, Yaoxisuanruan symptoms can prevent IGT is premature the TCM Syndromes of the patients with progression to diabetes occurrence, it is worthy of clinical application.
