【摘要】：目的:运用数据挖掘方法初步探讨李德新教授临床诊疗不寐的规律。方法:收集、整理李德新教授临床诊疗不寐病例638份,运用频数、频率、构成比、相关分析、关联规则、Logistic回归分析等方法对病例中的证型诊断和处方用药进行统计分析和数据挖掘。结果:638份不寐病例的病位主要在肝,其次在心、肾和脾,病性证素主要为血虚、气虚、阴虚和火;证型主要为心肝血虚证、心肝火旺证、肝肾亏虚证和痰热内扰证。挖掘出李师临床治疗不寐常用中药51味,核心药对5对,心肝血虚证相关中药14味、心肝火旺证相关中药13味、肝肾亏虚证相关中药16味,痰热内扰证相关中药12味。结论:利用数据挖掘技术,可初步揭示李德新教授临床诊疗不寐的规律,有助于更好地传承李德新教授的学术思想。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the rule of clinical diagnosis and treatment of professor Li Dexin by using data mining method. Methods: 638 cases of clinical diagnosis and treatment of professor Li Dexin were collected and sorted out. Correlation analysis, association rule logistic regression analysis and other methods were used to analyze the diagnosis of syndromes and prescription drugs in the cases. Results the disease location of 638 insomnia cases was mainly in the liver. Secondly, in the heart, kidney and spleen, the main factors of disease syndrome are blood deficiency, qi deficiency, yin deficiency and fire; The main types of syndrome were heart and liver blood deficiency syndrome, heart liver fire flourishing syndrome, liver and kidney deficiency syndrome and phlegm heat internal disturbance syndrome. The author excavated 51 kinds of Chinese medicine commonly used in clinical treatment of insomnia by Li Shi, 5 pairs of core drugs and 14 herbs related to heart and liver blood deficiency syndrome. Heart-liver-fire syndrome related to 13 Chinese medicine, liver and kidney deficiency syndrome related Chinese medicine 16, phlegm heat internal disturbance related Chinese medicine 12. Conclusion: the use of data mining technology. It can preliminarily reveal the rule of professor Li Dexin's clinical diagnosis and treatment, which is helpful to pass on Professor Li Dexin's academic thought better.
