【摘要】：随着人类对生命理解的不断深入,追求健康的意愿也更加强烈,使得中医学"治未病"理念日益受到重视,但由于传统的"治未病"理论缺乏可操作性平台,限制了其在临床实践中的广泛应用。文章旨在论述把中医诊断学与现代临床流行病学研究相结合,在证素辨证和体质辨识基础上,建立状态与疾病相关的模型,构建慢病风险预警系统,对高血压病、糖尿病等相关人群慢病的风险进行评估,发出风险预警,为慢病防控和治未病健康工程提供技术支撑。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the understanding of life, the pursuit of health will also become more intense, learn the concept of "prevention of disease" is paid more and more attention to traditional Chinese, but because of the traditional "disease" theory of lack of operation platform, limit its application in clinical practice. This article aims to discuss the combination of with modern clinical epidemiological study on diagnosis of TCM syndrome differentiation and the physical identification on the basis of establishing the state associated with the disease model, the construction of risk early warning system of chronic disease, hypertension, diabetes and other chronic disease risk assessment related to population, issued a risk warning, provide technical support for chronic disease prevention and treatment of disease health project.
