《圣济总录》中口疮诊治的探讨及体会

【摘要】：《圣济总录》为北宋政和年间(1111年-1118年)宋徽宗赵佶诏集海内名医,并出御府所藏撰成,本书包含了北宋及以前临床各科病证主治医方大成。在《圣济总录》中共记载56种治疗口疮的处方,大多简单易行。除方药之外,笔者发现其对口疮病因病机的认识内容全面,治疗上对方药剂型的选择上颇具多样性。文章从风热乘脾、心脾热盛、膀胱湿热、伤寒吐利伤阴4个方面归纳了《圣济总录》中关于口疮病因病机的记载,并且总结了其中治疗口疮方剂的特色。最后结合现代临床常用药,讨论出针对不同病因病机及典型适应症所应该选择的不同方药,进而对口疮病的诊治提供参考。
[Abstract]:"General Records of Saint economy" for the Northern Song Dynasty government and the years (1111-1118) Song Huizong Zhao Jizhao collection of famous doctors in the sea, and out of the imperial palace of the collection. This book contains Dacheng Dacheng, the chief doctor of various clinical diseases and syndromes in the Northern Song Dynasty and before. 56 kinds of prescriptions for the treatment of oral ulcers are recorded in the "General Records of Saint economy". Most of them are simple and easy to use, except for prescriptions. The author found that its understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of oral ulcers is comprehensive, and the choice of drug type in the treatment of the other side is quite diverse. This article from wind heat to spleen, heart and spleen heat, bladder dampness and heat. This paper summarizes the records of etiology and pathogenesis of oral ulcers in the four aspects of typhoid and Tuccinia vulva, and summarizes the characteristics of the prescriptions for the treatment of oral ulcers. The different prescriptions for different etiology, pathogenesis and typical indications are discussed, which can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of aphthous ulcers.
