徐志伟通腑法治疗狂病理论探讨及验案举隅

【摘要】：狂病属于神志失常的疾病。徐志伟教授遵循狂病气、痰、火、瘀导致阴阳失调,心神被扰,神机逆乱的主要病机,依据大肠与神志的关系,认为通腑泻下即有调气、泻热、降火、涤痰、逐瘀之功,全方位切合狂病病机,为治疗狂病的关键之举。同时提出应从现代医学微生物-肠-脑轴角度探讨狂病的发病机制,以及通腑泻下法治疗狂病的作用机制。徐教授临证治疗狂病疗效确切,文章介绍典型验案一则,希冀反映其对狂病的认识和诊疗特色。
[Abstract]:A madness is a mental disorder.Professor Xu Zhiwei followed the main pathogenesis of mad illness qi, phlegm, fire, blood stasis leading to Yin and Yang disorders, disturbance of heart and spirit, and converse disorder of mental machinery. According to the relationship between large intestine and mind, he believed that there was the work of regulating qi, purging heat, lowering fire, cleaning phlegm, and removing blood stasis by purging the Fu organs under the influence of purging qi, heat, fire, phlegm and blood stasis.All-around accord with the pathogenesis of maniac disease, for the treatment of the key act of crazy disease.At the same time, it is suggested that the pathogenesis of mad disease should be discussed from the point of view of modern medical microorganism, intestines and brain axis, and the mechanism of treating mad disease should be discussed.Professor Xu is effective in the treatment of madness. This paper introduces a typical case, hoping to reflect its understanding and characteristics of diagnosis and treatment.
