痰热清注射液治疗老年肺炎合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察痰热清注射液治疗老年肺炎合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效。对象与方法:选择2013年1月-2015年5月于山东大学附属千佛山医院住院治疗的痰热壅肺证老年肺炎合并2型糖尿病患者70例,将两组病人随机分为观察组与对照组,每组35例,对照组应用抗生素、祛痰、平喘等常规药物进行治疗,观察组在其基础上加用痰热清注射液20ml,1天1次,应用10天。两组患者降糖药物保持不变,观察两组患者在治疗前后发热、咳嗽咳痰、憋喘、肺部体征、胸部X线和炎症指标、临床证候积分变化及空腹血糖水平,并注意监测两组患者在治疗过程中不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率为97.1%,对照组总有效率为82.9%,两组患者临床疗效经统计学分析有显著差异;两组患者的临床证候总积分、临床症状恢复时间、血白细胞计数等经统计学分析,均提示观察组优于常规治疗组;对照组治疗前后患者的空腹血糖水平经统计学分析P0.05,而观察组P0.05,提示观察组患者血糖水平控制更佳;比较两组患者不良反应情况,两组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论:痰热清注射液治疗痰热壅肺证老年肺炎合并2型糖尿病患者,不仅能够能够有效控制患者的肺部炎症,提高治疗有效率,而且能够有效控制患者的血糖水平,不良反应少,为老年肺炎合并2型糖尿病患者提供了更佳的治疗方案。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection on senile pneumonia with type 2 diabetes.Participants and methods: from January 2013 to May 2015, 70 cases of senile pneumonia complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected from Qianfoshan Hospital affiliated to Shandong University. The two groups were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics, expectorant and antiasthmatic drugs, and the observation group was treated with 20 ml of Tanreqing injection once a day for 10 days.The hypoglycemic drugs remained unchanged in both groups. The changes of fever, cough and expectoration, asthma, lung signs, chest X-ray and inflammation, clinical syndrome score and fasting blood glucose level were observed before and after treatment.Attention was paid to monitoring the occurrence of adverse reactions in the course of treatment.Results: the total effective rate after treatment was 97.1 in the observation group and 82.9 in the control group.The blood white blood count and so on indicated that the observation group was superior to the conventional treatment group, the control group had better control of the blood glucose level before and after the treatment (P0.05), while the observation group (P0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion: Tanreqing injection can not only effectively control the pulmonary inflammation and improve the effective rate of treatment, but also can effectively control the blood glucose level of the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Fewer adverse reactions provide a better treatment for elderly patients with pneumonia and type 2 diabetes.
