徐金星主任医师消托补法治疗儿童鼻窦炎经验

【摘要】：本文主要对徐金星主任医师应用消托补法治疗鼻窦炎的临证经验进行总结和说明。徐金星老师认为鼻窦炎的病理过程与中医疮疡相似,可归属入疮疡之内疡范畴,治疗上可采用疮疡消托补法治疗。初期开窍宣肺法即鼻窦炎之消法,在鼻窦炎各个阶段皆可应用。中期毒盛正不虚,脓涕已成可用透托;正气已虚,无力托毒外出,须用补托。后期用补法,使窦腔恢复正常之自净功能,避免复发。
[Abstract]:This article summarizes and explains the clinical experience of chief physician Xu Jinxing in treating sinusitis.Xu Jinxing believes that the pathological process of sinusitis is similar to that of traditional Chinese medicine and can be classified into the category of ulcers.In the early stage of sinusitis, the method of dissolving sinusitis can be used in every stage.The medium-term poison is not empty, purulent snot has become available; the qi has been empty, unable to support the poison go out, must be used to supplement the support.To restore normal self-purification function of sinus cavity and avoid recurrence.
