【摘要】：正循证医学(evidence-based medicine,EBM)是近20余年来在临床医学实践中发展起来的一门新兴学科,即"遵循证据的医学",被誉为是医学界的一次革命。证据是EBM的核心,最好的研究证据主要指来自临床的人体研究。但是,由于临床研究数量大,种类繁多,且质量良莠不齐,医疗决策者及临床医生很难花费大量的精力和时间从浩瀚的信息海洋中筛选出真实而适用的证据。于是,证据分级体系应运而生,其目的
