活血化瘀中药复方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效的Meta分析

【摘要】:目的:系统的评价活血化瘀中药复方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的临床疗效。方法:系统检索中、英文数据库活血化瘀中药复方治疗DPN的随机对照试验(RCT),英文文献数据库包括Pubmed、The Cochrane Library、Embase,中文文献数据库包括中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang Data)、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)。通过两人独立筛选研究资料,并交叉所得研究资料,如遇分歧,则请教专业的统计学老师,本研究采用Cochrane提供的Review Manager 5.3软件对本研究资料进行统计学分析。结果:1.本研究共纳入了14篇文献,合计1075例糖尿病周围神经病变患者。临床有效率的Meta分析显示纳入各研究之间无明显统计学差异(Chi2=5.45,P=0.96㧐0.1,I2=0%),两组间临床有效率具有显著地统计学差异(P㩳0.00001)。2.在改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的运动神经传导速度(MCV)以及感觉神经传导速度(SCV)方面,两组间的Meta分析结果均显示P㩳0.00001。结论:活血化瘀中药复方可有效改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状,提高运动及感觉神经传导速度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (peripheral).Methods: in the system search,A randomized controlled trial of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of DPN was conducted. The English literature database included Pubmedus, the Cochrane Library Embase, the Chinese literature database including the Chinese knowledge Web database, the Wanfang data base, the Weipu Chinese science and technology periodical database.Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM).The data of the study were screened independently by two people, and the data were crossed. If there were any differences, we should consult a professional statistics teacher. The data of this study were analyzed by Review Manager 5.3 software provided by Cochrane.The result is 1: 1.This study included 14 articles, a total of 1075 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Meta analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the clinical efficacy. There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups in the clinical response rate of the two groups (P < 0.05). The clinical response rate of the two groups was significantly different (P < 0.05).In improving motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, the results of Meta analysis between the two groups showed that P0. 0001.Conclusion: the prescription of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and improve the motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity.
