中医药防治心力衰竭的疗效评价及思考

【摘要】：正心力衰竭严重威胁着人类健康,随着现代医学的发展,患病率已逐渐下降,但是心力衰竭导致的病死率和住院率基本保持不变,甚至有上升趋势[1]。因此如何降低心力衰竭患者的病死率和再住院率,提高生活质量成为目前治疗的难点和重点。我国心力衰竭的临床治疗中,中医药在稳定患者病情、改善西药治疗的不良反应、提高临床疗效方面具有一定的优势,并且逐渐被广泛地应用于临床,中西医结合治疗心力衰竭逐渐得到广泛认可[2]。在2014年《中国心力衰竭诊断和治
