分层推拿配合针刺“坐骨神经点”治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:通过观察、对比分析分层推拿配合针刺“坐骨神经点”与传统推拿配合普通针刺在治疗腰椎间盘突出症方面的疗效异同,为推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供一种新的治疗理论与方法。方法:将符合本实验纳入标准的腰椎间盘突出症患者66例,按照随机分组法分为治疗组33例、对照组33例,治疗组每日进行分层推拿配合针刺“坐骨神经点”治疗,对照组每日进行传统推拿集合普通针刺治疗,各自治疗1个月。所有被观察的病例均采用下腰痛评分表(JOA)进行评分,分别于治疗前、治疗后记录得分。通过计算每位患者的疗效,统计出两组疗效的异同。结果:两组患者治疗前后的自身JOA评分均存在显著性差异(P0.01)。一个月后,治疗组愈显率为71.88%,对照组愈显率为56.25%。在组间比较中,治疗组的平均JOA评分高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:两组方法均能缓解患者疼痛,改善患者的活动功能,但治疗组的临床疗效更为显著,本课题实验为腰椎间盘突出症的推拿治疗提供了一种新的治疗理论与方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare and compare the therapeutic effects of layered massage combined with acupuncture on sciatic nerve point and traditional massage combined with common acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.To provide a new treatment theory and method for lumbar disc herniation with massage.Methods: 66 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 33) and control group (n = 33).The control group was treated with traditional massage for 1 month.All the patients were assessed with low back pain scale (JOAA), and the scores were recorded before and after treatment.By calculating the curative effect of each patient, the similarities and differences of the two groups were calculated.Results: there was significant difference in JOA score between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.01).One month later, the effective rate was 71.88 in the treatment group and 56.25 in the control group.The average JOA score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion: both groups can relieve pain and improve the activity function of patients, but the clinical effect of the treatment group is more remarkable. This experiment provides a new treatment theory and method for the massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
