吴门医派及孟河医派学术思想对中医皮肤科发展的影响

【摘要】：颇具江苏地方特色的吴门医派和孟河医派对后世中医学的发展影响很大。通过探讨吴门医派、孟河医派的学术继承特点及中医皮肤科的学术渊源,归纳两个学术流派的诊疗思想在皮肤病治疗中具体体现为卫气营血辨证施治,辨证细腻、治法灵活,用药轻灵、醇正和缓,注重养阴、顾护脾胃。总结吴门医派、孟河医派皮肤科相关临证经验,可更好地发挥学术流派的优势与特色,从而服务于临床。
[Abstract]:Wumen Medical School and Menghe Medical School with local characteristics in Jiangsu have great influence on the development of later Chinese medicine. Through discussing the academic inheritance characteristics of Wu Men Medical School and Meng he Medical School and the academic origin of traditional Chinese medicine dermatology, the author concludes that the diagnosis and treatment thought of the two academic schools in the treatment of dermatosis is embodied in the treatment of skin diseases by differentiation of symptoms and signs, delicate differentiation of symptoms and signs, flexible treatment methods. Drug light, alcohol is moderate, pay attention to nourishing Yin, care to protect the spleen and stomach. Summing up the clinical experience of the dermatology of Wu Men School and Meng he School of Medicine can bring the advantages and characteristics of academic schools into full play and serve the clinic.
