民族医学面临的挑战和机遇

【摘要】：以人类学思维讨论民族医学在现代化和城市化过程中的境遇,包括危机、机遇以及创新发展的可能性。医学实践既基于理性思维,又寓于文化思考之中。现代化对中国民族医学的挑战在于前者对后者思维方式的质疑,而城市化对民族医学的挑战则在于社会空间对家庭和社区的重新建构。在进一步现代化和飞速城市化的过程中,民族医学何以持续的问题也是一个传统文化和民族文化如何持续的问题。换言之,对这一问题的讨论需要放入广义的文化传统和民族文化讨论之中。人类学研究者恰恰在这个问题上有着与其他学科学者不尽相同的看法和体验,需要纳入现代化和城市化讨论之中并予以更多关注。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the situation of ethnic medicine in the process of modernization and urbanization, including crisis, opportunity and the possibility of innovation and development. Medical practice is based on both rational thinking and cultural thinking. The challenge of modernization to ethnic medicine in China lies in the former's questioning of the latter's thinking mode, while the challenge of urbanization to ethnic medicine lies in the reconstruction of family and community in social space. In the process of further modernization and rapid urbanization, the question of how to persist in ethnic medicine is also a question of how traditional culture and national culture continue. In other words, this issue needs to be discussed in a broad sense of cultural tradition and national culture. Anthropology researchers have different views and experiences from other scholars on this issue, and need to be brought into the discussion of modernization and urbanization and pay more attention to it.
