小儿安神补脑颗粒治疗儿童抽动障碍脾虚肝亢证的临床疗效及作用机制

【摘要】：目的探讨小儿安神补脑颗粒治疗抽动障碍(TD)脾虚肝亢证患儿的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法将120例脾虚肝亢证TD患儿,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组给予小儿安神补脑颗粒,对照组给予氟哌啶醇治疗,治疗前后对病情严重程度进行耶鲁抽动症整体严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分和中医证候评分,采用酶联免疫吸附实验检测外周血肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素(IL)-12p70水平,治疗3个月后评价疾病疗效、证候疗效及安全性。结果治疗组与对照组的临床总有效率及YGTSS评分差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组中医证候疗效为90.0%(54/60),高于对照组[73.3%(44/60)],两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组可降低TD患儿中医证候评分,降低外周血TNF-α及IL-12p70水平,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论小儿安神补脑颗粒治疗儿童TD脾虚肝亢证效果明显,降低外周血TNF-α及IL-12p70水平,这可能是其治疗TD的作用机制之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Anshenbunao granule in treating the syndrome of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity in children with twitch disorder (TD), and to explore its mechanism. Methods 120 children with spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 60) and control group (n = 60). Before and after treatment, the YGTSS and TCM syndromes were used to evaluate the severity of the disease, and the levels of TNF- 伪 and IL-12p70 in peripheral blood were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa), and the levels of TNF- 伪 and IL-12p70 in peripheral blood were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). After 3 months of treatment, the efficacy, syndromes and safety of the disease were evaluated. Results there was no significant difference in the total effective rate and YGTSS score between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05), and the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 90.054 / 60, which was higher than that in the control group [73.3% 44 / 60]. The levels of TNF- 伪 and IL-12p70 in peripheral blood were significantly lower than those in control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Anshenbunao granule is effective in treating children with TD spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity, and decreases the levels of TNF- 伪 and IL-12p70 in peripheral blood, which may be one of the mechanisms of its treatment of TD.
