论现代医学架构下中医证候临床疗效评价体系的瓶颈

【摘要】：中医学作为医学体系中最重要的组成部分已存在几千年,确切的临床疗效作为其生命支撑。然而中医学要在继承的基础上不断创新与发展,必须与现代医学接轨,那么现存最大的瓶颈在于中医证候疗效评价体系缺乏国家通行标准。笔者就现代医学架构下中医证候临床疗效评价所遇到的问题做一梳理,以期为其制定标准提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Chinese medicine as the most important component of the medical system has existed for thousands of years, the exact clinical efficacy as its life support. However, if traditional Chinese medicine is to innovate and develop continuously on the basis of inheritance, it must be in line with modern medicine, so the biggest bottleneck lies in the lack of national standard in the evaluation system of TCM syndrome curative effect. The author combed the problems encountered in the clinical evaluation of TCM syndromes under the framework of modern medicine in order to provide a reference basis for the establishment of the standard of TCM syndromes.
