藏药三果汤防治高原红细胞增多症作用机制的网络药理学研究

【摘要】:目的:本研究运用网络药理学方法研究藏药三果汤防治高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)作用机制,旨在探索性研究藏医药治疗特色病种多维研究方法,并对临床用药提供科学理论依据。方法:利用TCMSP数据库筛选出三果汤复方化合物中的有效成分群,针对HAPC机制,通过PharmMapper服务器进行靶点的预测分析。将得到的潜在靶点导入MAS3.0数据库进行靶点注释与分析,最后结合KEGG数据库进行通路分析。结果:共预测得到三果汤潜在靶点193个和70条信号通路,其中有24个靶点和25条通路与HAPC有关。结论:实验结果表明,三果汤多元酚、黄酮类和萜类等成分可能通过参与细胞增殖、氧化反应、内分泌代谢、炎症反应等过程,增强机体免疫功能及低氧应激能力,从而多靶点、多通路协同发挥抗HAPC的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the mechanism of Tibetan medicine Sanguo decoction in preventing and treating HAPCs of plateau polycythemia by using the method of network pharmacology, in order to explore the multidimensional research method of Tibetan medicine treating characteristic diseases, and to provide scientific theoretical basis for clinical use of drugs. Methods: the active component group in compound of Sanguo decoction was screened by TCMSP database, and the target was predicted by PharmMapper server according to the mechanism of HAPC. The potential targets are imported into the MAS3.0 database for target annotation and analysis. Finally, the path analysis is carried out with the KEGG database. Results: a total of 193 and 70 signal pathways were predicted as potential targets of Sanguo decoction, of which 24 and 25 were related to HAPC. Conclusion: the results showed that the polyphenols, flavonoids and terpenoids of Sanguo decoction could enhance the immune function and the ability of hypoxia stress by taking part in the processes of cell proliferation, oxidative reaction, endocrine metabolism, inflammation and so on. Thus, multiple targets and multiple pathways play a synergistic role in anti-HAPC.
