电针灵台、神道对心脏早搏的疗效及免疫功能的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨电针灵台、神道对心脏过早搏动(简称"早搏")的临床疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法:收集2014年9月至2016年2月来我院就诊的心脏早搏患者130例,根据随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组,每组65例。对照组给予美西律药物治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予电针治疗,穴取灵台、神道,每天1次,每次20min。疗程20d,治疗结束后随访6个月。结果:治疗后试验组与对照组的总有效率分别为95.4%和83.1%,试验组明显高于对照组(P0.05)。两组的左心室收缩末内径和舒张末内径在治疗后均明显低于治疗前,且治疗后试验组低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后试验组的CD_4~+值明显高于对照组(P0.05)。随访结束后试验组的靶血管重建、死亡、心肌梗死等心血管事件发生率为7.7%,对照组为20.0%,试验组明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:电针灵台、神道可促进心脏早搏患者心功能的改善,并可提高患者的免疫功能,同时还对远期心血管疾病的预防具有一定的意义。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect and immune function of electroacupuncture Lingtai (EA) and Shinto (Shindao) on premature heart pulsation (premature beat). Methods: 130 patients with premature cardiac beats from September 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 65) and control group (n = 65). The control group was treated with mesiglitazone and the experimental group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 20 days, followed up for 6 months after the treatment. Results: the total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 95.4% and 83.1%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). The end systolic and diastolic diameters of left ventricle in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and that in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the CD4 ~ value of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). At the end of follow-up, the incidence of cardiovascular events such as target vascular remodeling, death and myocardial infarction in the trial group was 7.7and 20.0 in the control group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: electroacupuncture Lingtai and Shinto can improve cardiac function and immune function of patients with premature cardiac beats, and also have certain significance for the prevention of long-term cardiovascular diseases.
