老年带状疱疹药物治疗的对比观察

【摘要】：目的分析两种方法治疗老年带状疱疹的效果。方法选择2004年3月～2005年3月收治的118例带状疱疹病人,年龄均大于55岁。随机分成A、B两组:A组67例采用口服泛昔洛韦0.2g,3次/d口服共7d,同时局部注射白介素Ⅱ封闭1周2次,连续3周;B组51例单纯口服泛昔洛韦0.2g,3次/d口服共7d。结果A组治愈54例,治愈率80.60%,总有效率为91.04%,伴有后遗神经痛8例,占11.94%;B组治愈24例,治愈率为47.06%,总有效率为70.77%,伴有后遗神经痛24例,占47.06%。结论神经痛是老年带状疱疹主要的后遗症,采用局部白介素封闭,将大大减少后遗神经痛的发生,减少老年患者精
