血压月节律理论指导下对1、2级原发性高血压耳穴贴压短期干预研究

【摘要】：目的:初步研究血压的月节律变化,探讨耳穴贴压技术对高血压患者血压及血压月节律现象的影响。方法:将符合要求的60例原发性高血压病人随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组在阴历上个月二十六到阴历下个月初五进行耳穴压豆,治疗组在阴历十一至二十进行耳穴压豆,加以比较,观察患者的血压规律及中医症状改善情况。结果:贴压前观察患者血压3个月后,发现治疗组和对照组血压均随月相而变化,月盈之时即农历十五血压偏高,月缺的农历血压偏低;贴压3个月后发现治疗组与对照组血压均降低,两组降压效果差异不显著(P0.05),但对于改善血压月节律现象,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);对于心率的作用,两组无明显差异(P0.05);对于中医症状的改善情况,两组无显著差异(P0.05),对于耳鸣的改善,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压对原发性高血压有较好的临床效果,能够改善血压的月节律变化,且能明显改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the change of monthly rhythm of blood pressure and explore the effect of auricular point sticking on blood pressure and blood pressure rhythm in patients with hypertension. Methods: sixty patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated with auricular acupoint pressing beans from 26 to the fifth day of the lunar calendar from 26 to the fifth month of the lunar calendar, and the treatment group with the ear acupoint pressing on the 11th to 20th lunar calendar. The blood pressure of patients and the improvement of TCM symptoms were observed. Results: three months after observing the blood pressure of the patients before the application, it was found that the blood pressure of the treatment group and the control group all changed with the phase of the moon, the blood pressure of the 15th lunar month was higher than that of the second lunar month, and that of the lack of the month was lower in the lunar calendar. It was found that the blood pressure of the treatment group and the control group were lower than that of the control group (P0.05), but the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the monthly rhythm of blood pressure (P0.05), and the effect of the treatment group on heart rate was not significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05); for the improvement of TCM symptoms, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), for the tinnitus improvement, the treatment group was better than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: auricular acupoint plaster has a good clinical effect on essential hypertension, which can improve the monthly rhythm of blood pressure, improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patients.
