基于“气涩血浊”理论浅析高脂血症的中医辨病

【摘要】：高脂血症具有症状多、涉病脏器多、证候错综复杂的特点,中医对高脂血症这类复慢性疾病的辨证治疗已取得长足的进步,具有鲜明的特色与明显的优势。但目前高脂血症中医辨病的意识薄弱影响了高脂血症中医研究的发展,鉴于"气涩血浊"理论与高脂血症具有高度相关性,故从此理论入手,探讨高脂血症的中医辨病思路,旨在以中医理论为基础,科学地对待高脂血症的中医辨病问题,同时可指导高脂血症的临床防治工作。
[Abstract]:Hyperlipidemia has the characteristics of multiple symptoms, multiple organs involved in disease and complex syndromes. Chinese medicine has made great progress in the treatment of hyperlipidemia and other complex chronic diseases, with distinct characteristics and obvious advantages. However, the weak awareness of hyperlipidemia in TCM has affected the development of TCM research on hyperlipidemia. In view of the high correlation between the theory of "qi, astringency and blood turbidity" and hyperlipidemia, the theory of hyperlipidemia is discussed in this paper. The aim of this paper is to treat the disease differentiation of hyperlipidemia scientifically on the basis of TCM theory, and to guide the clinical prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia.
