活血通络法辅助治疗气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察活血通络法中活血通窍方对突发性耳聋患者听力及耳鸣症状的辅助治疗效果。明确中西医结合对突发性耳聋的疗效,为突发性耳聋的治疗探索一条新的思路。方法:选取2015年3月至2016年3月就诊于广西中医药大学第一附属医院耳鼻喉科的中医辨证为气滞血瘀型的突发性耳聋患者60例(72耳),60例患者均符合纳入标准,按照入院先后顺序将60例患者随机分为2组,观察组30例(37耳),对照组30例(35耳)。对照组采用银杏叶提取物70mg、维生素B1注射液100mg、维生素B12注射液500ug治疗,地塞米松15mg并逐渐减量,甲钴胺片0.5mg,疗程10天,观察组在对照组基础上加用活血通窍方内服辅助治疗,两组均治疗10天后观察两组的治疗效果,并记录测定结果,进行数据的统计分析。采用统计软件进行数据分析。结果:观察组耳聋治疗总有效率为78.38%,对照组耳聋治疗总有效率为66.67%,两组治疗总有效率经秩和检验P=0.0380.05,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。观察组耳鸣治疗总有效率为70.27%,对照组耳鸣治疗总有效率为65.71%,两组治疗总有效率经秩和检验P=0.0050.05,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:活血通窍方辅助治疗能够明显提高气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋患者听力及耳鸣的疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Huoxue Tongqiao recipe on hearing and tinnitus in patients with sudden deafness. To clarify the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on sudden deafness and explore a new way for treatment of sudden deafness. Methods: from March 2015 to March 2016, 60 patients (72 ears) with sudden deafness diagnosed as qi stagnation and blood stasis were selected from otolaryngology department of the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the order of admission, 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases (37 ears) in the observation group and 30 cases (35 ears) in the control group. The control group was treated with Ginkgo biloba extract 70 mg, Vitamin B1 injection 100 mg, Vitamin B 12 injection 500ug, dexamethasone 15mg and gradually decreasing, Mecobalamin tablet 0.5 mg for 10 days. The therapeutic effects of both groups were observed 10 days after treatment, and the results were recorded and analyzed statistically. Statistical software is used for data analysis. Results: the total effective rate of deafness treatment in the observation group was 78.38 and that in the control group was 66.67. The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly better than that of the control group by rank sum test. The total effective rate of tinnitus treatment in the observation group was 70.27 and that in the control group was 65.71. The total effective rate of the two groups was 0.0050.05 by rank sum test. The therapeutic effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the auxiliary treatment of Huoxue Tongqiao prescription can obviously improve the effect of hearing and tinnitus in patients with sudden deafness with qi stagnation and blood stasis.
