妊娠恶阻的中医食疗探讨

【摘要】:妊娠早期,出现严重恶心呕吐,头晕厌食,甚则食入即吐者,称为“妊娠恶阻”。妊娠恶阻并不等同于早孕反应(nausea and vomiting of pergnancy,NVP),西医学中的妊娠剧吐(hyperemesis gravidarum,HG)可属本病范畴,据资料统计其发生率为0.35%~0.47%,多见于年轻初孕妇。妊娠恶阻反复发作的特点不仅不同程度的危害患者的身心健康,且严重者亦可影响到孩子的智力发育。本研究在中医学理论的指导下,通过收集整理历代中医文献,从膳食疗法角度出发,探索其理论依据,为临床妊娠恶阻中医食疗提供理论依据。全文包括以下几个方面:第一部分:搜集整理关于妊娠恶阻中医食疗的文献,对古代及现代妊娠恶阻食疗法应用在临床方面的归纳、整理、研究。第二部分:论述食疗治疗妊娠恶阻的临床应用,包括恶阻的食疗原则,各类适宜食物总结,探讨膳食的功效及种类的选择。第三部分:结合个人体质、恶阻发展阶段(恶阻重症)、现代营养学方面,讨论食疗在妊娠恶阻中的应用注意原则。
[Abstract]:Early pregnancy, severe nausea and vomiting, dizziness and anorexia, and even vomit, called "pregnancy obstruction." Hyperemesis gravidarum hyperemesis (hyperemesis gravidarum HG) in western medicine can be classified as this disease. According to the statistics, the incidence rate is 0.35% 0.47%, which is more common in young pregnant women. The characteristics of repeated episodes of pregnancy are not only harmful to the physical and mental health of the patients, but also to the intelligence development of the children. Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, this study collected and sorted out the literature of Chinese medicine in the past dynasties and explored its theoretical basis from the point of view of dietary therapy, which provided the theoretical basis for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for clinical pregnancy. The full text includes the following aspects: the first part: collect and sort out the literature about traditional Chinese medicine diet therapy of pregnancy evil obstruction, summarize, sort out and study the clinical application of ancient and modern pregnancy evil blocking food therapy. The second part discusses the clinical application of dietetic therapy in the treatment of adverse pregnancy obstruction, including the principle of dietetic therapy, the summary of all kinds of suitable foods, the effects of diet and the choice of kinds. The third part discusses the principle of attention in the application of diet therapy in pregnancy.
