广西壮药薏苡茎提取物对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制作用

【摘要】:目的研究薏苡茎的水提物和醇提物对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制作用。方法无特定病原体(SFP)的昆明小鼠腋下接种1×107cell·m L~(-1)S180肉瘤细胞0.4 m L,持续6~8周。然后按照体重将小鼠随机分为5组:空白组(0.9%Na Cl)、对照组(环磷酰胺:20μg·g~(-1)·d~(-1))、大、中、小3个剂量实验组(薏苡茎的水提物或醇提物:100,50,25 mg·m L~(-1)),连续灌胃或尾静脉注射10 d。剥离肿瘤、脾并进行称重,计算出肿瘤抑制率。结果薏苡茎水提物大中小3个剂量实验组对S180肉瘤的抑制率分别为32.11%,75.63%,11.41%;薏苡茎醇提物大、中、小3个剂量实验组对S180肉瘤的抑制率分别为77.09%,80.03%,73.52%。结论茎水提与茎醇提的各剂量组对小鼠S180肉瘤具有不同程度的抑制作用,且药物不良反应比较小;茎水提的最佳抑制剂量为500 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the inhibitory effect of water extract and alcohol extract of Coix lachrymae stem on S180 sarcoma in mice. Methods Kunming mice without specific pathogen (SFP) were inoculated with 1 脳 107cell mL ~ (-1) S180 sarcoma cells for 6 weeks. Then the mice were randomly divided into 5 groups according to their body weight: blank group (0.9%Na Cl), control group: 20 渭 g g ~ (-1) d ~ (-1), medium and small doses: water extract from Coix stem or alcohol extract: 100m ~ (50) mg mL ~ (-1),) or caudal vein injection for 10 days. The tumor was stripped, the spleen was weighed and the tumor inhibition rate was calculated. Results the inhibition rates of S180 sarcoma in the three experimental groups were 32.11, 75.63 and 11.41, respectively, and the inhibition rates of the three experimental groups on S180 sarcoma were 77.09, 80.03 and 73.52, respectively. Conclusion different doses of stem water extraction and stem alcohol extraction have different inhibitory effects on S180 sarcoma in mice, and the adverse drug reaction is relatively small, and the best inhibitory dose of stem water extraction is 500 mg kg~ (-1) d ~ (-1).
