加味四妙勇安油外涂防治急性放射性皮炎临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察加味四妙勇安油防治急性放射性皮炎的临床效果。方法:纳入符合标准的60例恶性肿瘤放疗患者,随机分为观察组(加味四妙勇安油联合常规护理)30例,对照组(三乙醇胺乳膏联合常规护理)30例,两组患者均由入组后开始观察直至放疗结束后1周,每周评估2次,观察并记录皮炎发生的程度以及放疗结束1周后皮炎程度(采用RTOG分级标准),放疗后以及放疗结束1周后的RISRAS评分,试验前后KPS评分、血常规、肝肾功能、心电图等。结果:两组发生急性放射性皮炎的程度相似,但观察组发生Ⅰ级及以下皮炎程度患者例数比对照组多;两组放疗后RISRAS评分和放疗结束后1周比较,差异无统计学意义,观察组比对照组得分低;放疗结束后1周,观察组治愈率为25.93%,总有效率为100.00%,对照组治愈率为35.71%,总有效率为100.00%,差异无统计学意义。且均安全性良好。结论:加味四妙勇安油在预防和治疗急性放射性皮炎方面与三乙醇胺乳膏疗效相当,并且加味四妙勇安油安全性尚可。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of modified Simiao Yong an oil on prevention and treatment of acute radiation dermatitis. Methods: sixty patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases treated with modified Simiaoyong an oil combined with routine nursing) and control group (30 cases of triethanolamine cream combined with routine nursing). The patients in both groups were evaluated twice a week from the beginning of observation after admission to the end of radiotherapy. The degree of dermatitis and the degree of dermatitis after 1 week of radiotherapy (using RTOG grading standard), RISRAS score after radiotherapy and 1 week after radiotherapy, KPS score, blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram were observed and recorded. Results: the degree of acute radiation dermatitis was similar between the two groups, but there were more cases in the observation group than in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in RISRAS score after radiotherapy and 1 week after radiotherapy. The curative rate of the observation group was 25.93 and the total effective rate was 100.000.The cure rate of the observation group was 35.71 and the total effective rate was 100.000.The difference was not statistically significant. All of them are safe. Conclusion: modified Simiao Yong an oil has the same curative effect as triethanolamine cream in preventing and treating acute radiation dermatitis, and the safety of modified Simiao Yong an oil is good.
