清热解毒汤治疗血热型寻常性银屑病的疗效观察及对血清TNF-α的影响

【摘要】：目的观察清热解毒汤治疗血热型寻常性银屑病的临床疗效,探讨其对血清TNF-α的影响情况。方法将入选的60例患者随机分成两组,全部患者予外用维A酸哈西奈德乳膏,2次/d;治疗组(30例)同时予口服清热解毒汤,2次/d,所有患者的疗程均为4周。采用PASI评分评价治疗前后的临床疗效,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测治疗前后血清TNF-α水平。结果治疗结束后,治疗组有效率(80.0%)明显高于对照组有效率(30%),治疗组PASI评分和血清TNF-α水平均较其治疗前明显降低,且治疗组PASI评分(3.80±1.47)明显低于对照组PASI评分(9.62±1.97),以上差异均有统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论清热解毒汤治疗血热型寻常性银屑病疗效显著,可能通过降低患者血清TNF-α水平发挥治疗作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre jiedu decoction (QJD) in treating psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat type and to explore the effect of Qingre jiedu decoction (QJD) on serum TNF- 伪. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups, all patients were treated with tretinoin halcinonide cream twice a day, and the treatment group (30 cases) were treated with Qingre jiedu decoction twice a day. The course of treatment for all patients was 4 weeks. PASI score was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy before and after treatment, and the serum TNF- 伪 level was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) before and after treatment. Results after the treatment, the effective rate in the treatment group (80.0%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (30%). The PASI score and serum TNF- 伪 level in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before the treatment. The PASI score in the treatment group (3.80 卤1.47) was significantly lower than that in the control group (9.62 卤1.97). Conclusion Qingre jiedu decoction is effective in treating psoriasis vulgaris with blood fever, which may play a therapeutic role by lowering the level of serum TNF- 伪.
