血府逐瘀汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛（心血瘀阻型）的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察血府逐瘀汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛(心血瘀阻型)的临床疗效。方法:本次研究以60例于2015年2月——2016年1月在山东中医药大学第一附属医院心内科住院的不稳定型心绞痛(心血瘀阻型)患者为研究对象。将符合入选标准的60例患者根据随机原则平均分为血府逐瘀汤治疗组和对照组。两组患者均治疗4周,观察治疗前后安全性指标及临床疗效,对试验的安全性进行判定。并对治疗前后各项结果分别进行组间和组内统计学分析。结果:血府逐瘀汤能明显改善不稳定型心绞痛(心血瘀阻型)的临床症状。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on unstable angina pectoris. Methods: from February 2015 to January 2016, 60 patients with unstable angina pectoris (heart blood stasis type) hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology, the first affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine, were studied. According to the random principle, 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into Xuefu Zhuyu decoction treatment group and control group. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks. The safety indexes and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment, and the safety of the trial was determined. The results before and after treatment were analyzed statistically. Results: Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of unstable angina pectoris (heart blood stasis type).
